Urban Prestige, LLC is a veteran-owned real estate leasing and property management firm based in Chicago, Illinois USA. The company specializes in residential leasing, property management, maintenance, and restoration services, with a focus on providing safe, well-maintained housing for responsible individuals and families seeking stable residency.

Urban Prestige, LLC is currently in a scaling phase (March 2026), building upon decades of multi-generational experience in property management dating back to 1995.

The company’s leadership brings deep-rooted multi-generational knowledge of real estate ownership and property management originating in the Southern United States of America and continuing in Chicago, Illinois USA.

• February 2020 - Established LLC with Illinois Secretary of State & IRS. Formed Operating Agreement.

• February 2020 - Certified vendor in the Chicago Certification and Compliance System.

• March 2020 - Dun & Bradstreet, D-U-N-S number created & tradelines established.

• April 2021 - Applied for SBA loan reevaluation. (Denied)

• Aug-Sept 2022 - Established multiple credit lines & financials.

• March 2023 - Registered in U.S. federal government System for Award Management (SAM).

• March 2023 - Approval of SBA Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) certifications.

• July 2023 - Established business account with United States Postal Service (USPS).
